Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nataliz Boutique Shop, LLC ("Nataliz®", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit www.natalizshop.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or communicate with us. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, account credentials, and messages you send us, including reviews, photos, and wholesale inquiries. If you choose to share it, your date of birth (for birthday offers) and your text message preferences (see Text messages below). Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. Payment information: payments are processed by secure third party processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number; at most we may see the last four digits and card brand for support purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping notifications, provide customer support, process returns and refunds, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve the Site and our products, and, with your consent where required, send marketing emails about new products and offers, send the text messages you asked for, and send a birthday offer if you shared your birthday. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email; transactional emails about your orders will still be sent.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure Site performance, and market our products. Our partners include Google Analytics (site analytics), Google Ads and Google Shopping (advertising and conversion measurement), Meta platforms (advertising), and Judge.me (product reviews). These partners may collect information about your visit through their own cookies and pixels subject to their privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie preferences banner where shown. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and www.facebook.com/adpreferences. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals at this time, but we do honor legally required opt out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to run our business: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email service providers, our text messaging provider, the provider of our birthday offer program, review and analytics providers, and advertising partners as described above. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain US state laws; you may opt out as described below. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We use industry standard safeguards, including SSL encryption on all Site pages and PCI compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, access a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@natalizshop.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We reserve the right to retain information in our archives as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Visitors

The Site is operated from and intended for customers in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US.

Text messages (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from Nataliz on the order confirmation page or at checkout, we collect your mobile number and your choices (shipping updates, news and offers, or both), together with the wording you agreed to, the order number, the date and time, and the device and IP address used, so that we can prove your consent and honor your preferences. We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for: order and shipping status updates for your orders and, if you separately agreed, occasional messages about new arrivals, discount codes and your Nataliz Rewards credit. Text message consent and mobile numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our text messages are delivered through a messaging service provider acting on our behalf under contract and used only to deliver these messages. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Birthdays

On the order confirmation page you may, if you wish, tell us your birthday. We use it only to send you a birthday greeting and offer by email, and to personalize that offer. Sharing your birthday is optional and is not required to place an order. Birthdays are stored and the birthday emails are sent by a service provider acting on our behalf under contract; your birthday is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. To remove your birthday, email contact@natalizshop.com with the subject line "Privacy Request".
