Welcome to www.natalizshop.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Nataliz Boutique Shop, LLC ("Nataliz®", "we", "us", "our"). Nataliz® is a registered trademark of Nataliz Boutique Shop, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility and Use of the Site

We do not warrant that descriptions, availability, or pricing are error free, and we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders affected by errors (including mispriced items), and limit quantities at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. If we cancel an order after your payment, we will refund the amount charged.
Wholesale
Wholesale and bulk purchases are subject to separate written terms provided with each wholesale agreement or invoice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding wholesale offer; wholesale pricing, minimums, and availability are confirmed only in writing by Nataliz®.
User Content and Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant Nataliz® a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content in any media for any lawful business purpose, including marketing. You represent that your submissions are your own, are accurate, do not violate any third party rights, and are not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful. We may remove or refuse any content at our discretion. Reviews are moderated for authenticity but reflect the opinions of their authors.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, including the Nataliz® name, wordmark, logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Nataliz Boutique Shop, LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international trademark and copyright laws. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Nataliz® regarding the Site.
