Delete Your Nataliz Account

You can delete your Nataliz® account and the personal data connected to it at any time. This applies to accounts created on natalizshop.com and in the Nataliz® apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Fastest way: in the app

Open the Nataliz® app, tap the account icon (the person symbol at the top of the Home screen), sign in, and tap Delete My Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and everything the app stored on your phone is erased.

Without the app

Email contact@natalizshop.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Nataliz account", or call/text +1 (470) 264-4690 (Mon to Fri, 9 to 5 ET). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. No app or password is needed.

What is deleted

Your account, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, chat history with Nataliz® AI, and any marketing preferences. If you had orders, the order records are kept for accounting and tax purposes as the law requires, but they are anonymised so they are no longer connected to you.
